The craftsman: Olivier de Tribolet

Drawn by the nobility and the beauty of natural wood, Mr. de Tribolet underwent the training course to become a skilled lathe operator and obtained his Federal Certificate of Capacity, (CFC), in 1980. Throughout his professional career he has perfected his skills in sawing, timber cutting, cabinet making and in the wood trade.
Mastering the technical side, but wishing to develop the artistic aspect of his work, he has participated in seminars on the creation of artistic pieces of work. This has stimulated his creativity.
Enthused by his craft, he decided in 1996 to create his own business.

The business

Situated in the open countryside of the upper region of Valangin, in the hamlet of Sorgereux, the workshop benefits from peaceful surroundings where living is good. Even if some visitors could sense a holiday atmosphere in this locality, in the workshop the machines purr and the sawdust flies!
There the technical and commercial challenges follow one after another, leaving no time for a regular routine.
Owing to Mr. de Tribolet’s concern for quality, his customer service and the diversity and range of his work, the small business is becoming known and continues to develop.
